Christophe Prosperi
Founder, Chef de Cuisine

Christophe Prosperi, who has been working in gastronomy since 2010, wants to pass on his passion for cooking, which, in his own words, "combines passion and madness".

In 2017, he opened a brasserie with a gastronomy group in the heart of Luxembourg city. There he served his guests classic dishes such as "Kniddele mat Speck" or "Feierstengzalot". “The dishes from his mother”, as he describes them.

Almost immediately after, he occupied himself with a second restaurant, a catering & event location on the riviera of the Moselle. Here his mission was to establish a new event location where weddings were the focus.

2020, in the midst of the pandemic, during the lock-down, he and his two partners opened another restaurant in the heart of the city. To counteract the pandemic, the focus was on takeaway. 80% vegetable products and 20% animal products were to be used. He inspired the city again with new street food creations.

His latest project was the fine dining restaurant “Seventy Two”. An exclusive pop-up experience open only for 72 days. Flavourful and exciting menus.

In 2023, Christophe opened “Victoria vum Berdorfer Eck”, a new restaurant venue in the heart of the Mullerthal in Berdorf.
